Join degree qualified Nutritionist Beck in her Macedon Kitchen as we talk and cook, learn , eat and laugh.
This workshop focuses on delicious and nutritious ways to increase your daily Fibre intake to meet the recommended 30g per day. Increase plant based foods intake and diversity to meet the recommended 30 different plants a week, all while getting enough protein.
We will talk a lot about the importance of Fibre to the health of our GUT Microbiome gut our overall mental and physical wellbeing.
MENU INCLUDES
Big Bowl Seedy Granola with yoghurt and Berries
Gorgeous Gluten free bread
Smashed herby peas avo and feta on toast
Quinoa Brocoli and chickpea salad with tahini dressing
mexican blackbean and charred corn salad
