AUTUMN WORKSHOP - SAT 31 MAY- FOOD FIBRE AND THE MICROBIOME
Join degree qualified Nutritionist Beck in her Macedon Kitchen as we talk and cook, learn , eat and laugh.
This workshop focuses on delicious and nutritious ways to increase your daily Fibre intake to meet the recommended 30g per day. Increase plant based foods intake and diversity to meet the recommended 30 different plants a week, all while getting enough protein.
We will talk a lot about the importance of Fibre to the health of our GUT Microbiome gut our overall mental and physical wellbeing.
MENU INCLUDES 6 different plant based dishes that focus on Fibre and dietary diversity. PLus we always finish with a delcious fibre rich sweet treat like a cake cookie or apple crumble.
We will cook and eat a Selection of seasonal Autumn dishes.
