Join degree qualifeid Nutritionist Beck in her Macedon Kitchen as we talk and cook, learn , eat and laugh.

This workshop focuses on delicious and nutritious ways to increase your daily Fibre intake to meet the recommended 30g per day.

We will talk a lot about the importance of Fibre to the health of our GUT Microbiome gut our overall mental and physical wellbeing.

We will Up Veg meals working our way from breakfast through to dinner, including treats and snacks.

In this SPRING MENU edition of EAT MORE VEG- we will discover delicious fibre rich Spring veggie dishes like pasta, tarts, family friendly dinner dishes and delcious hearty salads that are sure to tempt.

We always finish will a sweet treat, like brownies, cookies or a veg rich cake. or fruit crumble- YUM!


Ticket includes 3 hours of Becks extensive knowledge of food, nutrition and the Microbiome, lunch, tea & coffee, and a booklet of all the recipes to take home.

Workshops run from 11am- 2pm at are held in Becks Kitchen in Scott St Macedon.
