EAT MORE VEG- WINTER WARMERS

Join Nutritionist Beck in her Macedon Kitchen as we talk and cook and eat and laugh.

This workshop focuses on delicious and nutritious ways to increase your daily Fibre intake to meet the recommended 30g per day. We will take a lot about the importance of Fibre to the health of our gut and our overall mental and physical wellbeing.

We will Up Veg meals working our way from breakfast through to dinner, including treats and snacks.

In this WINTER MENU edition of EAT MORE VEG- we will discover delicious fibre rich hearty veggie dishes like pastas, braises, soups, stews and warm salads that are sure to tempt, and learn strategies to introduce new foods to the fussy eaters at home. We always finish will a Fibre rich sweet treat, like a fruit crumble or brownies, cookies or a veg rich carrot cake.
