Join qualified Nutritionist Beck in her Macedon kitchen as we talk and cook and eat and laugh. This workshop focuses on the benefits including the recommended 30g fibre daily from a diverse array of plants on the health of your digestive system, your Microbiome and your mental health.

Discover delicious ways to incorporate more veg throughout your day. We will chat, cook and eat our way from breakfast to dinner with snacks and always a sweet treat to finish.

We will Up Veg meals working our way from breakfast through to dinner, including treats and snacks.

In this SPRING MENU edition of EAT MORE VEG- we will discover delicious fibre rich Spring veggie dishes like pasta, tarts, family friendly dinner dishes and delicious hearty salads that are sure to tempt.

We always finish will a sweet treat, like brownies, cookies or a veg rich cake. or fruit crumble- YUM!
