This workshop focuses on delicious and nutritious ways to increase your daily Fibre intake to meet the recommended 30g per day. Increase plant-based food intake and diversity to meet the recommended 30 different plants a week, all while getting enough protein.
I will show you lots of delicious ways to introduce and enjoy legumes like butter and cannellini beans, red and brown lentils, and kidney and black beans. Incorporate fermented foods like kraut kimchi, tofu and miso into your diet, and ways to generally “UP VEG” your meals.
We will talk a lot about the importance of Fibre to the health of our GUT Microbiome our bowel health and our overall mental and physical wellbeing
